Sidley Shortlisted at the Benchmark Europe Awards 2026

Benchmark Litigation has shortlisted Sidley in eight categories at the Benchmark Europe Awards 2026. The awards celebrate “the most outstanding firms and litigators from the past year and follows extensive research into Europe’s most impactful litigation and arbitration cases.”

Sidley has been shortlisted as a “Firm of the Year” in four categories:

• International Arbitration Firm of the Year
• International Commercial Disputes Firm of the Year
• Sanctions & Trade Disputes Firm of the Year
• Switzerland Firm of the Year

Furthermore, four Sidley lawyers have been shortlisted:

• Sara George – “White Collar Crime Litigator of the Year”
• Jonathan Lafferty – “Western Europe Future Stars”
• David Roney – “International Arbitration Litigator of the Year”
• Matthew Shankland – “Commercial Disputes Litigator of the Year”

Winners will be recognized at an awards ceremony in London on September 24, 2026.
