Sidley is advising KKR on its follow-on investment in KnowBe4, a security awareness training and simulated phishing platform provider. The US$300 million funding round, which includes participation from TenEleven Ventures, Elephant and certain other co-investors, now values the company at US$1 billion. It is the second investment led by KKR in KnowBe4 this year.
