Sidley represented The RealReal (NASDAQ: REAL) in its initial public offering that raised $345 million, including the underwriters’ exercise of their option. The stock ended the first day of trading up 44% from its $20 offering price.
The firm’s Palo Alto-based Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice has advised the company since 2011, beginning with the company’s initial formation and through eight venture-backed financings.
