Sidley represented Hui Gao Investments Development Limited, an affiliate of Redco Properties Group Limited, as its Hong Kong legal counsel on the execution of the investment agreement with Makati City and IRC Properties Inc. (now known as Philippine InfraDev Holdings Inc.) in connection with the construction of a public railway transport system and associated services in Makati City, Philippines. The Project will construct and develop an eight-station subway and high-end property on top of the stations along the subway in Makati City.
Redco Properties Group Limited is an international integrated holding group involved in property development and operations, health, commerce, tourism, education and more. The Project helps to improve the group’s overseas business development and sustainability abilities, and promotes Sino-Philippine joint efforts in the Belt and Road Initiative.
