Sidley represented a syndicate of 16 international banks, including lead managers BNP Paribas, Bank of America, Citi, Goldman Sachs, NatWest, Barclays and Mizuho, in connection with a €600 million SEC-registered offering of 1.000% Senior Notes due 2029 by London Stock Exchange-listed Carnival PLC, the world’s largest leisure travel company and cruise ship operator. The notes are guaranteed by NYSE-listed Carnival Corporation, a Panamanian registered company, which, together with Carnival PLC, operates a dual listed operating and reporting structure.
