Sidley is representing RTI Surgical Holdings, Inc. in connection with the sale of the company’s OEM business to Montagu Private Equity, a leading European private equity firm. The total consideration in the deal is US$490 million, consisting of US$480 million of cash and certain other consideration. Upon closing of the transaction, RTI Surgical Holdings will be a global pure play spine business focused on growth and innovation.
