Sidley Represents VWM Analytics in Sale to J.S. Held

Sidley represented VWM Analytics in connection with its sale to the global consulting firm J.S. Held, a portfolio company of the private equity firm Kelso & Company. VWM Analytics is a Los Angeles-based provider of economic consulting, financial analysis and expert testimony. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The deal team was led by David Grinberg and Payom Pirahesh and included Jim Warczak (M&A); Ben Rosemergy and P.C.
