Sidley represented Radiance Holdings (Group) Company Limited (HKEX: 9993) (Radiance Holdings) as Hong Kong counsel in its initial public offering (IPO) on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The offering raised net proceeds of HK$2.47 billion (US$317 million). ABCI Capital Limited, CLSA Capital Markets Limited, and Haitong International Capital Limited acted as joint sponsors for the offering.
Radiance Holdings is China’s leading property developer. It was ranked as one of the “Top 50 Real Estate Developers in China” and “Top 10 Real Estate Developers of Comprehensive Strengths” by the China Real Estate Association and the China Real Estate Appraisal Center of E-house China Research Institute in 2020.
