Sidley represented Warner Gaming on the sale of its one-half joint venture interest in the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City to Peninsula Pacific Entertainment. As a result of the transaction, Peninsula Pacific acquired sole ownership of the joint venture. Other terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The hotel and casino property, which began operating in 2014, offers premier gaming, hospitality, and entertainment in Sioux City, Iowa.
