Sidley advised Summit Partners on its €50 million minority investment in Solactive AG, a technology-enabled provider of indices and index solutions to the global financial services industry. The investment will help support the continued global growth of Solactive, in which the founder will retain an equity stake. The transaction is expected to close in 2020.
