Sidley Advises WEX Inc. on Regulatory and Commercial Aspects of Its Acquisition of eNett and Optal

Sidley represented WEX Inc., a leading financial technology solutions provider, on regulatory and commercial aspects of its acquisition of eNett, a leading provider of B2B payments solutions, and Optal, a company that specializes in optimizing B2B transactions.

The Sidley team was led by partner John M. Casanova, with support in London from senior associate (and partner from January 1, 2021) Max Savoie, and associates Abi Twist and Katie Chin.
