Sidley advised Marlin Equity Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in COYO GmbH, a German developer, distributer, and operator of an integrated social intranet software which is used for internal corporate communication, collaboration, and team messaging. The transaction was structured as a combination of a primary and secondary investment with the four founders of COYO remaining invested with a minority stake.
