Sidley is representing Faraday Future in its proposed business combination with Property Solutions Acquisition Corp. (PSAC), a special purpose acquisition company, that is now trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “PSAC.” The transaction has an implied enterprise value of US$3.4 billion that included a US$775 million PIPE. Following the closing, the combined company will be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol "FFIE".
