Sidley advised Bain Capital on its add-on acquisition of Astral SteriTech Private Limited, a leading international manufacturer specializing in sterile antibiotic injectable finished dosage forms, through its portfolio company Centrient Pharmaceuticals, a global business-to-business leader in sustainable, enzymatic antibiotics, next-generation statins, and anti-fungals. The transaction is expected to close later this year, subject to regulatory approvals.
