Sidley represented Great Hill Partners in connection with its acquisition of Notonthehighstreet, a UK curated online marketplace "for unique lifestyle products and thoughtful gifts." Great Hill Partners will become the majority shareholder in the business, with existing investors Burda Principal Investments and Industry Ventures also remaining as shareholders.
