(NYSE:ATH) (Athene) and funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management (NYSE:APO) (Apollo) to Western Alliance Bancorporation (Western Alliance). Founded in 2013, AmeriHome is the nation’s third-largest correspondent mortgage acquirer. Apollo is a leading global alternative investment manager with approximately US$455 billion in assets under management as of December 31, 2020. Athene is a leading financial services company with approximately US$191.1 billion assets as of September 30, 2020.
