Sidley is representing Codan Limited, a manufacturer and supplier of communications, metal detection, and mining technology headquartered in Adelaide, Australia (ASX: CDA), in its purchase of Domo Tactical Communications (DTC) from Marlin Equity Partners for approximately US$88 million in cash, plus an earn-out. The transaction is expected to close in the second or third quarter of 2021, subject to various approvals and other closing conditions. DTC is a technology provider for high bandwidth wireless communications with specialist capabilities in MIMO Mesh networks.
The Sidley team is being led by Karen Dewis (M&A and Private Equity).
