Sidley Represents Locus Robotics in Series E Financing

Sidley represented Locus Robotics, a provider of autonomous robotic pickers that help with warehouse fulfillment and currently serves more than 40 customers across 80 warehouses, in a Series E round of financing valued at US$150 million. The round values the Wilmington, Massachusetts-based logistics startup at US$1 billion, representing a 177% increase over the US$361 million valuation it received last year, making it a unicorn.

The Sidley team included Alex Temel, Jordan Baber, and Kourosh Azin.
