Sidley advised proALPHA Group on its recent acquisition of a majority shareholding in Böhme & Weihs, a company specialized in the development and operation of innovative software solutions for quality and production management, headquartered in Wuppertal, Germany, and on proALPHA Group’s participation in FMEA (failure mode and effects analysis) specialist SKILL Software, based in Saint Pierre de Chandieu, France. Further Sidley advised proALPHA Group on the acquisition of curecomp, a company specialized in the development and operation of innovative software-as-a-service solutions (SaaS) for the digitalization and automation of operative and strategic procurement processes in the manufacturing industry, headquartered in Linz, Austria.
