Further Sidley advised proALPHA Group on the acquisition of curecomp, a company specialized in the development and operation of innovative software-as-a-service solutions (SaaS) for the digitalization and automation of operative and strategic procurement processes in the manufacturing industry, headquartered in Linz, Austria.
