Sidley represented Hywin Holdings Ltd. (NASDAQ:HYW) (Hywin) as U.S. counsel in its approximately US$30 million initial public offering (IPO) of its American Depositary Shares listed on the Nasdaq Global Market. Network 1 Financial Securities, Alexander Capital, and Valuable Capital acted as joint underwriters in the transaction.

Established in Shanghai in 2006, Hywin is the third largest third-party wealth management service provider in China, providing asset allocation advisory services, wealth management, and “family office” services to over 100,000 high-net-worth clients and institutions.
The Sidley team was led by partner Ding Meng. Other team members included counsel Jeremy Wang and associate Guanlin Wang.
