Sidley represented Outset Medical, Inc. (Nasdaq: OM) (“Outset”), a medical technology company pioneering a first-of-its-kind technology to reduce the cost and complexity of dialysis, in connection with an approximately US$365.8 million combined primary and secondary underwritten public offering of its common stock by Outset and certain selling stockholders, which resulted in approximately US$149.7 million of proceeds to Outset, after deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and before expenses.
Morgan Stanley, BofA Securities, and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC acted as joint lead book-running managers for the offering. Stifel and Cowen acted as co-managers for the offering.
