Sidley Represents Underwriters in Bridge Investment Group IPO

Sidley represented Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, and Citigroup in the US$300 million initial public offering of Bridge Investment Group Holdings Inc. (NYSE: BRDG), a leading, vertically integrated real estate investment manager, diversified across specialized asset classes, with approximately US$26 billion of assets under management.

The Sidley team was led by New York Capital Markets partners Sam Gandhi and Bartholomew A. Sheehan, III, and associates Alex Csordas, Patricia Wood, Amelia Barnes, and Nithya Swaminathan (each New York).
