Sidley Represents Aon in US$1 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Sidley represented Aon plc and its affiliates in connection with a US$1 billion aggregate senior notes transaction offered through a co-issuer structure. The deal team was led by Capital Markets partner Rob Ryan and included Kunle Deru, Vivian Root, Kasia Robak, and James Hillebrand (all Capital Markets). Suresh Advani (Tax) advised on various tax matters in relation to the transaction, and Brian Kaplowitz and Doug McCormack (both Investment Funds) provided 1940 Act advice.
