Sidley Represents I Squared Capital in Transaction Creating the Largest Pure-Play Midstream Company in the Delaware Basin

Sidley is representing I Squared Capital in a transaction in which affiliates of Blackstone and I Squared Capital are merging EagleClaw Midstream into Altus Midstream, a public company subsidiary of Apache Corp., in an all-stock transaction where affiliates of Blackstone and I Squared Capital together will own over 70% of the combined entity at the closing.
