Sidley represented Lightspeed and East Ventures in their Series A investment into Geniebook. Geniebook is a Singapore-based educational platform operator that uses a combination of machine learning and human teachers to personalize students’ education, with operations in Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Lightspeed is a global venture capital firm which has backed more than 400 companies in the enterprise and consumer sectors. East Ventures is focused on providing growth capital to tech start-ups in Southeast Asia.
