The Sedona Conference recently named six new members to its Working Group 1 Steering Committee, including Sidley partner Robert Keeling. The Sedona Conference stated that the six new members were chosen “because of their capacity for dialogue and working to reach consensus, subject-matter expertise, significant contributions to brainstorming groups and drafting team efforts, and a demonstrated commitment to the mission of The Sedona Conference.” The Sedona Conference is a nonprofit research and educational institute dedicated to the advanced study of law and policy, and the mission of Working Group 1 is to develop principles, guidance, and best practice recommendations for information governance and electronic discovery in the context of litigation, dispute resolution, and investigations.
Robert is a leader of Sidley’s eDiscovery and Data Analytics group, and he regularly serves as coordinating discovery counsel on major litigations, government investigations, regulatory enforcement actions, and internal investigations.
