Iain’s representative matters include:
- Represented corporate clients in consumer protection investigations by the FTC and the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB).
- Represented individual and corporate clients in criminal investigations by the DOJ and State Attorneys General offices.
- Conducted an internal investigation into sexual assault and harassment allegations against a high-level employee at a major U.S. company.
- Conducted investigations into product quality issues at major international suppliers of medical equipment.
Prior to joining Sidley, Iain completed a Pro Bono Fellowship at the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty. While at Becket, he represented members of diverse religious faiths in litigation before federal courts.
