PRISCILLA ARTHUS is an associate in Sidley’s Houston office. Her experience includes structured finance, corporate finance and real estate transactions, with an emphasis on the energy industry.
Prior to joining Sidley, Priscilla represented (i) financial institutions and borrowers on a variety of financing transactions, including asset-based lending and real estate finance transactions and (ii) companies in a broad range of industries with the development and disposition of real estate, as well as in corporate acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, reorganizations, bankruptcy and general corporate matters. Priscilla also served a two-year term as a Judicial Law Clerk for Honorable Arenda Wright Allen in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Priscilla earned her J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law, where she was an editor of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy & the Law and received the University of Virginia School of Law Dean’s Merit Scholarship. Prior to law school, Priscilla practiced as a certified public accountant for a Big Four accounting firm, with a focus on audit. Priscilla graduated with a Masters in Accounting and a B.S. in Accounting and Finance, magna cum laude, from University of South Florida.
