ANDREAS BAUMANN focuses on domestic and multi-jurisdictional restructurings in insolvency and non-insolvency situations. He advises creditors, debtors, shareholders, alternative capital providers, and other financial institutions on all aspects of corporate reorganization.
Prior to joining Sidley in 2021, he was a trainee in the corporate departments of other international law firms in Munich.
He received his legal training in Germany, China, the Netherlands, and the UK. Andreas also holds an undergraduate law degree from the University of Hull.
