SALLY BOHMFALK is an associate in Sidley’s Washington, D.C., office. She is a member of the Civil, Criminal & Constitutional Litigation group, where she focuses her practice on internal investigations, enforcement actions and matters of privacy and data security.
Prior to joining Sidley, Sally served as a law clerk to the Honorable John R. Fisher, Associate Judge of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
Sally earned her law degree, cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as an Executive Editor for the American Criminal Law Review. Sally received a B.A. in Communication Studies, with Highest Honors, from the University of Texas at Austin.
