LAURI BONACORSI is an associate in Sidley’s Washington, D.C., office and a member of the Government Litigation and Investigations group. Her practice includes advising clients in internal investigations and complex litigation in federal court.
Prior to joining Sidley, Lauri served as a Pro Bono Fellow with Campaign Legal Center. Lauri earned her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D., cum laude, from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she was an executive articles editor for the Northwestern Journal of Law and Social Policy. During law school, Lauri received the “Arlyn Miner Book Award” for excellence in legal writing, and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Marvin E. Aspen of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Lauri maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in housing and immigration matters.
