PATRICIA BUTLER practices in the litigation group in the firm’s New York office. Patricia focuses her practice on commercial litigation and disputes, as well as securities and shareholder litigation. Patricia also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Patricia received her B.A. from Pace University and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While attending Cardozo, Patricia interned at the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She also represented clients in the law school’s Securities and Arbitration Clinic. Patricia was also an E. Nathaniel Gates Scholarship recipient.
