BIANCA CADENA represents individual and corporate clients in connection with domestic and cross-border internal investigations, regulatory enforcement actions, arbitration proceedings, complex ligation matters, and prosecutions conducted by various government agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission. She has particular experience in advising clients on a range of FCPA and anti-corruption compliance issues, including conducting internal investigations in Spanish and English for clients with offices in Latin America.
Bianca also has experience in fact development and discovery including drafting and responding to written discovery, preparing fact and expert witnesses for depositions, taking depositions, and resolving various discovery disputes.
Prior to transferring to the Los Angeles office, she practiced in Sidley’s New York office. Bianca is a graduate of Columbia University and New York University School of Law. While attending New York University School of Law, she was a staff editor on the Moot Court Board.
