JOSH CARD is a senior managing associate in Sidley’s Commercial Litigation and Disputes and Securities and Shareholder Litigation practices.
Before joining Sidley, Josh worked at a prominent New York law firm, where he litigated cases regarding mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, and other corporate and securities law matters. He also engaged in internal investigations and represented companies and financial firms in connection with regulatory and white-collar criminal matters.
Josh clerked for the Honorable Reena Raggi of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and for the Honorable Paul G. Gardephe of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Josh received his B.A. cum laude from Amherst College in 2008 and his J.D. magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2013, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Brooklyn Law Review.
