AUDRY CASUSOL focuses her practice on executive compensation and employee benefits matters, primarily in the context of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, initial public offerings, restructurings, spinoffs and other significant corporate transactions. Audry also routinely advises boards of directors, compensation committees, management and executives on the design and legal analysis of compensation arrangements (including equity and non-equity incentive programs, non-qualified deferred compensation plans and retention, change in control, severance and employment agreements), administrative and regulatory compliance with tax, employment and securities laws, corporate governance and disclosure obligations in respect of employee benefits, executive compensation and related matters.
Audry was named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine, and New York Metro Super Lawyer in 2017. She also received the “Emerging Leaders” Award from The M&A Advisor in 2017.
