- Assisted on a major investigation for a Fortune 500 corporation in relation to allegations of bribery involving public officials, improper collection of sensitive personal information and falsified events and sponsorships in China
- Assisted on an investigation for a U.S.-listed multinational corporation in relation to allegations of bribery involving distributors and conflict of interest issues in China*
- Assisted on advice to a Fortune 500 life sciences corporation on compliance and regulatory matters in Asia including direct-to-consumer advertisements, disease awareness programs, non-promotional events, and grant reviews

- Assisted on the representation of two PRC financial firms in HKIAC proceedings arising from a dispute over investments in a semi-conductor company, which involved unique elements of bribery-related offenses under PRC criminal law
- Assisted on the representation of a real estate investment company (with a substantial real estate investment portfolio in China) in opposing a winding-up petition in the High Court of Hong Kong
