DAPHNE CHEN practices in the Technology and IP Transactions group.
Daphne earned her J.D from UC Berkeley, where she was a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, Co-President of the Berkeley Information Privacy Law Association, and an associate editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. During law school, Daphne served as an in-house legal intern for a publicly traded Silicon Valley technology company. She also volunteered for the California Asylum Representation Clinic where she provided representation under attorney supervision to asylum-seekers through a student-run clinic.
Prior to law school, Daphne worked as a city government reporter and news editor for The Daily Californian.
