ERIC CHENG has extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of private equity/venture capital and exit deals, cross-border merger and acquisition transactions, divestments, joint ventures as well as general corporate and foreign direct investment matters. He has a particular knowledge of life sciences/healthcare, TMT, food and beverage, and energy sectors. Prior to joining Sidley, Eric was a senior associate in a Magic Circle firm in its Shanghai and London offices. Eric also worked at Sanofi on secondment to support their business development initiatives and transactional, licensing and commercialization matters.
