NICOLE CARISIA CHIA’s practice focuses on international arbitration and commercial litigation. She also has experience handling contentious restructuring and transactional matters.
Nicole received a BA (Hons) Law degree with First Class Honours from the University of Cambridge, where she also served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Cambridge Law Review. Thereafter, she was conferred the MA (Cantab) degree. She subsequently completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and graduated on the Dean’s List with Distinction. Nicole was also awarded The Hong Kong Bar Association Prize for Conference Skills and Opinion Writing for best performance in the subject.
Nicole is fluent in English, Chinese, and Teochew.
