RAPHAEL CHO focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate governance, and securities filings.
Raphael received his J.D. from the University of Virginia Law School, and received his B.A. in classics from the University of Notre Dame.
Prior to joining Sidley, Raphael was a legal services intern for a nonprofit organization focused on criminal justice reform, and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Namibia.
