CONRAD COUTINHO focuses on litigation and dispute resolution for energy and financial industry participants. Conrad also represents companies and their officers and directors in internal and independent investigations of corporate conduct, compliance, and reporting, including representing audit committees and special litigation committees in such matters.
Conrad earned his law degree from Columbia Law School where he graduated as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He also received the second highest score on the February 2015 Texas Bar Exam. He graduated with highest honors from the University of Texas with a bachelor’s degree in economics and philosophy.
