• An institutional lender in the refinancing of an approximate US$1.6 billion mortgage and mezzanine facility secured by a five-star vacation resort property located outside of the United States. 
• An institutional lender in connection with a construction loan and refinancing of a large private residential community and membership club, which community includes a private ski hill, golf course and water and waste treatment facilities. 
• A private equity investment firm in the acquisition of 100% of the ownership interests in a vacation resort property located outside of the United States. 
• An institutional lender in connection with a construction loan for the renovation and conversion of a historic building into a boutique hotel, which also involved historic tax credits.  
• A management company in connection with multiple hotel and residential management agreements. 
• An institutional lender in connection with multiple mortgage loans secured by Class A New York office buildings in excess of US$2.5 billion in the aggregate. 
• The preferred equity investor in joint ventures for the development of various multi-family and mixed-use construction projects, which representations included obtaining senior loan financing and documenting the joint venture agreements.
• The purchaser in connection with the acquisition of over 50 dark grocery stores out of bankruptcy.
