SUMMER DANZEISEN is an associate in the firm’s New York office and a member of the firm’s Technology and IP Transactions practice. Summer counsels clients on a range of technology and IP matters including mergers and acquisitions, licensing, development, marketing, distribution, manufacturing, and other commercial arrangements. Her practice focuses on representing clients in the media, e-commerce, consumer products, software, telecommunications, healthcare, and financial services sectors.
Prior to law school, Summer worked in research and strategy roles for major media companies, analyzing market and viewing trends and presenting recommendations to increase program performance and reach new revenue streams.
Summer earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Georgetown Law Technology Review. While in law school, Summer served as a legal intern in the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. She received a Bachelor of Science at Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master’s from Harvard University, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science at Georgia Institute of Technology.
