KAITLYN DENNY focuses her practice on structured finance and securitizations, including commercial real estate collateralized loan obligation (CRE CLO) transactions and private term securitizations in single family rental transactions. She advises on a broad range of complex financings for clients that include private equity sponsors, investment banks, and credit funds.
Kaitlyn received her J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she served as an editor for the Journal of Law and Social Policy. She received her MBA and her B.A. in accounting and finance from Loyola University Chicago. Kaitlyn is a certified public accountant (CPA).
