DANIEL DRISCOLL is a managing associate in the Investment Funds section in Sidley’s Hong Kong office. While Daniel’s practice is now primarily focused on advising firms with respect to structuring, regulatory, and other issues related to the investment fund formation, he also has extensive experience with commercial litigation in the United States, including in international arbitration, securities, and M&A litigation.
Prior to joining Sidley, Daniel clerked for the Honorable Gerald B. Tjoflat of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Honorable Abdul K. Kallon of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. Daniel earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Duke University School of Law, where he served on the Editorial Board for the Duke Law Journal and was a member of the Order of the Coif. He received his B.A., cum laude, in Government from the College of William and Mary.
