DAN ENGOREN is an associate in the Securities Enforcement and Regulatory group, which received the 2019 Chambers USA Award for Financial Services Regulation, and was named the “Law Firm of the Year” for Securities Regulation in 2020 and 2017 by U.S. News – Best Lawyers. His practice focuses on regulatory, corporate and business issues related to digital asset trading platforms, blockchain technology projects, cryptocurrency funds and other FinTech companies.
Dan received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a Prince Scholar and Dean Merit Scholar. During law school, Dan was a judicial intern at the U.S. Court of International Trade in New York.
