KELLY ENO is an associate in the Commercial Litigation and Disputes and Supreme Court and Appellate practices of the firm’s New York office. She advises clients on all stages of complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Sidley, Kelly worked at another international law firm, where she litigated breaches of contract and shareholder disputes, represented financial institutions in government inquiries and investigations, advised debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, and handled appeals. She also has experience litigating shareholder class action lawsuits at the district and appellate court level, and has participated in arbitration and mediation.
Kelly clerked for the Honorable Christopher F. Droney of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Kelly received her B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 2010 and her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2013, where she served as a Senior Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and as an Arthur Littleton Legal Writing Fellow.
