DILLYN FOY is a managing associate in the Global Finance group in the firm’s office in Chicago.
Prior to joining Sidley, Dillyn was an associate in the Financial Restructuring and Insolvency group at another international law firm, where he represented debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, and shareholders in complex chapter 11 and chapter 15 restructurings.
