Kali Froh

KALI FROH focuses her practice primarily on representing buyers and sellers in connection with large and complex secondaries transactions. She has considerable experience representing sponsors and lead investors in GP-led transactions, including single asset continuation funds, preferred equity secondaries transactions, and GP-led tender offers. Kali’s experience also includes advising prominent institutional investors in connection with their investments in leading private investment funds and co-investments and representing buyers and sponsors in asset management M&A transactions.

While attending Boston University School of Law, Kali served as an editor of the Review of Banking and Financial Law.
