MAEVE GILLESPIE advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for clients in the global corporate and financial services sectors. Maeve particularly advises human resources and employee relations teams and/or in-house employment lawyers on complex grievance and disciplinary issues, employee terminations, senior executive-level recruitment, employee policies, draft service agreements, employment contracts, and settlement agreements. Maeve also supports Sidley’s Corporate group, advising on employment law and related matters in the context of national and cross-border transactions.
Maeve trained and qualified as a solicitor in Sidley’s London office, where she gained experience in the firm’s employment, debt finance, corporate and private equity, and financial services regulatory practices.
